Learn How to Use Sales Strategy and AI to Navigate Your Deals

Everything from the sales workshop is here so you can continue to navigate your deal to a successful outcome.

Workshop materials are free to use and download through December 31st, 2026.

Start Here

Use this page as your operating guide for the workshop.

The concepts, instructions, prompts, and examples will remain here so you can return and apply them to your own deals.

Use your existing AI workspace Project or create a new Project for your sales strategy work. The Instruction set will work with either ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Projects or Gemini G

Load this instruction set into your Project:

Seller’s Clock - Forecast Date

  • Now, in this updated project, submit the following prompt:

Using the information already available in this project, tell me the date this deal is currently forecasted to close. If you can identify the forecast date, state the date and the evidence you used to determine it. If you cannot identify a forecast date from the information available, say: ‘I’m unable to identify the current forecast date from this project. Please enter the date this deal needs to close’.

  • Use these qualifying questions to test the accuracy of the current forecast date:

    • Where did this date come from?

    • Who established it?

    • Was it explicitly stated or inferred?

    • What evidence supports it?

    • What event, commitment, deadline, or internal requirement makes this date important?

    • What assumptions are built into it?

    • Is there any evidence that contradicts it?

    • Based on the available evidence, how confident are you in this forecast date?

If your answers support the current date, keep it. If they do not, enter a new forecast date.
